But for me, I didn't just want to get fit. I wanted to improve my athleticism.
I wanted to get fast, I wanted to get strong, I wanted to build muscle, I wanted to be the best athlete and destroy my competition.
And now that I look back at it, having only done bodyweight training for that period of time was actually a blessing in disguise.
It gave me control of my body.
It gave me an understanding of my body's capabilities.
It built me a strong foundation to what has developed into the elite athletic ability that I possess today.
And best of all.. It gave me an INSANE amount of Relative Strength.
